This program was jointly organized by Silver Bell Fashion Limited and ETF. With the donation of about HK$700,000 by Silver Bell Fashion Limited, the consignment of clothing had been taken to Pyongyang, under the supervision of Consulate General of the DPR of Korea in Shenyang, PRC in June 2012.
